Job summary

Authentic Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales growth and develop customer relationships across the food, beverage, human nutrition, and dietary supplement industries. This role requires a commercially driven professional with a strong background in branded ingredient sales and an established industry network.

The position supports a fully remote work arrangement within the United States, with a preference for candidates residing in California or Arizona

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical discipline; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of branded ingredient sales experience.
• Established network within Food & Beverage, VMS, or dietary supplement industries.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, planning, and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts and pursue new opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers across food/beverage, VMS, and dietary supplements.
• Promote ingredient solutions for beverages, frozen desserts, bakery fillings, and confectionery.
• Monitor market trends, demand, competition, and pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and product growth.
• Maintain sales forecasts, customer activity reports, and territory performance updates.
