Job summary

Custom Ingredients, Inc. is seeking a field-based Account Manager to grow customer relationships across Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and Wyoming.

You will be the main commercial contact for the region, collaborating with R&D and Applications teams in San Clemente to bring flavor solutions to market. This full-time, remote role requires up to 40% travel and reports to the President.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients, flavors, or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and manage relationships within the territory.
• Develop new business with existing customers and identify project opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and track key account metrics (pipeline, quarterly results, annual forecasts).
• Coordinate with R&D, Applications Lab, Regulatory, QA, and Customer Service to deliver flavor solutions.
