• 3+ years account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and assigned accounts.
• Assist in day-to-day activities of the account team and ensure service quality.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and prepare submissions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist in collections; maintain agency systems and data quality.
