Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines. This remote-friendly role supports the account team, producer, and clients, ensuring accurate policy administration and timely renewals.

The ideal candidate holds a active P&C license with 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance. Expect collaborative work in PT hours, potential onsite in a 50-mile radius as needed, and a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Process tasks accurately and within required timeframes.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status to the team.
• Deliver proactive service and uphold IOA values.
