Job summary

The position requires an active P&C license and the ability to work in Pacific Time hours. Remote work is open to several western states with on-site possibilities per policy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in insurance or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Handle customer service requests, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Process tasks accurately and within required timeframes.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
