Insurance Office of America seeks an Account Manager Associate in Commercial Lines to support the account team, Producer, and assigned accounts. The role handles policy administration, billing, renewals, and coverage analysis while ensuring service excellence and risk management.

The position offers remote work with PT hours and is open to residents in CA, NV, OR, WA, and AZ, with potential hybrid onsite needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management or 5+ years in the insurance industry
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Work with minimal direction from an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals and assist in renewals process.
• Process tasks accurately and within required timeframes.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate with the account team regarding workload status and issues.
