Job summary

Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines.

The role is remote-friendly and open to residents in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Arizona, with possible on-site needs at local IOA branches. You will provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, handle policy administration, billing, claims, renewals, and coverage analysis, and help maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Prepare submissions, evaluate coverages and pricing, and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team.
