Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and assigned group of accounts.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, and negotiate coverages and pricing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and maintain data in agency systems.
