Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance
• Active P&C license required; CIC preferred
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and customer service support to the account team and producers
• Manage policy expirations, renewals, billing, and coverage analysis
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages; assist in renewal submissions and pricing
• Monitor delinquent receivables and assist in collections
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy across platforms
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and proactive communication
