Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Renewals, policy admin, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist in collections when needed.
• Communicate workload status and collaborate with teammates to improve service.
