Job summary

Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team, Producer, or assigned group.

You will handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis while maintaining service standards. This remote-friendly role requires an active P&C license, the ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours, and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing; professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, evaluate and negotiate coverages and pricing, prepare and present proposals, bind coverage, and follow up for policy issuance.
