The position requires an active P&C license and PT hours, with remote work possible for CA, NV, OR, WA, and AZ residents; on-site as needed within a 50-mile radius. Competitive compensation plus benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and clients.
• Assist in day-to-day activities and workflow of the team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Assist in underwriting submissions, proposals, and binding.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
