Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and ride along with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Participates in classroom, independent study, and on-the-job training to learn the White Cap’s business model, products, vendors, customer needs, jobsite environment, systems, competitors, pricing, sales approach, and selling skills.
• Prepares and executes account plans.
• Sells White Cap value proposition and products.
• Learns about making effective jobsite or office sales calls by riding along with the District Sales Manager or experienced Account Managers.
• Enters and processes customer orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
