Wrike, a global work management platform, is seeking an Account Development Manager to onboard and support knowledge workers worldwide. You’ll understand customer goals, tailor best practices, and proactively engage customers to maximize Wrike value.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, collaboration, and ownership in a dynamic, growth-focused Engagement Team. You will join a diverse, international customer base and a culture that prizes initiative, coaching, and ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar).
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Keen business sense to understand customer objectives and pain points.
• Willingness to cover the sales side (demos, pricing, pipeline).
• Prepared to work evening shift (16:30 – 01:00).
• Great people skills, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer use cases and provide the best guidance on Wrike usage.
• Proactively reach out to customers to help them use Wrike efficiently and share best practices via email and phone.
• Maximize customer lifetime by unlocking the most product value.
• Drive adoption across the customers' teams.
• Drive Net Retention via upsell and cross-sell.
