Job summary

IST Management Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive in the Austin, TX area to drive revenue in Workplace Services and Facilities Management. You will train under a Senior VP of Sales and conduct outreach, including cold calls, to both new and existing clients.

The role offers a base salary of $75,000 with a $300 monthly car allowance, plus bonuses for appointments, proposals, and new monthly billing. Training begins in Atlanta before remote work in Austin. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of successful inside sales experience is a plus.
• No specific prior Workplace Services or Facilities Management experience required.
• Willingness to learn and readiness to train under senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business and expands existing accounts in Workplace Services and Facilities Management.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet revenue and activity targets.
• Deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers at all levels.
• Attend FM/IFM networking events to grow relationships.
