Job summary

IST Management Services, Inc. is seeking an outside sales professional to drive revenue for Workplace Services and Facilities Management in the Tampa market.

The role begins with a paid training program and transitions to a remote, schedule-autonomous position with in-person prospecting as needed in the Tampa area. Base compensation is $75,000 with a $300 monthly car allowance and multiple performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' inside sales experience is a plus, and no specific prior Workplace Services or Facilities Management experience is required.
• Ideal candidates will be ready to learn, and will be comfortable cold calling.
• Adept at building business relationships that result in new and repeat business
• Persuasive communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develops new business and expands existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling
• Maintains a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and achieve revenue and activity goals on a monthly and yearly basis
• Has the ability to make compelling presentations to decision-makers at all levels of the organization
• Participates in FM and IFM networking events to expand business relationships
