IST Management Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for Workplace Services and Facilities Management in the San Antonio, TX market.

Training under a Senior VP of Sales will prepare you to drive revenue for new and existing business, with remote work after initial training and occasional in-person meetings in the SA area. The role offers a base salary of $75,000, a $300 monthly car allowance, and various bonuses tied to appointments, proposals, and new monthly billing.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of successful sales experience preferred.
• No specific prior Workplace Services or Facilities Management experience required.
• Willing to learn and comfortable with cold calling.
• Legal US authorization to work as employer-required.

Responsabilités

• Develops new business and expands existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling.
• Maintains a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and achieves revenue and activity goals monthly and yearly.
• Has the ability to make compelling presentations to decision-makers at all levels of the organization.
• Participates in FM and IFM networking events to expand business relationships.
