Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking dynamic sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a commission-based role with residual income, offering independence and the chance to control your schedule while working with a supportive team.

Responsibilities include acquiring new merchant customers, educating owners on cost savings, closing deals, and earning monthly commissions plus long-term residuals. Remote in the US with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience.
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
