Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks energetic sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role focuses on acquiring merchant accounts for payment processing solutions and building a high-value portfolio.

You will operate with independence and receive training, uncapped commissions, weekly activation bonuses, and long-term residuals, with a flexible schedule supporting a work-from-anywhere approach in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with core values and demonstrate integrity.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local merchants to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
• Work independently with full training and support.
