Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated sales professional to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based opportunity offers flexible schedule and residual income, empowering you to control your income and time while building a portfolio of active merchant accounts.

You will educate business owners on payment solutions, close deals, and receive weekly activation bonuses and monthly residuals, with health benefits and 401K included under W2 status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts to business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
