Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earnings and a portfolio ownership component. You can work fully remote in your team region, with full training and mentorship provided.

You will educate merchants on payment processing, close deals, and earn monthly commissions plus activation bonuses and residuals. This is a performance-driven opportunity from a globally recognized payments innovator.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills; translate payment concepts to business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, networking with hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
