Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income for motivated B2B sales professionals. You’ll go door-to-door or visit local businesses to present payment processing solutions, educate owners on savings, and close deals with activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

You can work fully remote in the U.S., with training and support, health benefits, 401K, and a Presidents Club incentive trip. Strong pref for 2+ years B2B sales and merchant-services experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
