Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales in the United States is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our commission-based team. This role offers uncapped earnings, residual monthly commissions, and the flexibility to work remotely while building a regional client portfolio.

You will visit local businesses, educate owners on payment solutions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus long-term incentives. Prior B2B and merchant services experience are a plus, with training provided.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mindset.

Responsibilities
