Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our commission-based payment solutions team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and the freedom to control your time and income.

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to educate owners on savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus ongoing monthly commissions. You will work independently with training and support, and enjoy health benefits and 401K alongside W2 status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
