Clera, an early-stage AI-powered HR tech startup, seeks its first Account Executive to own the sales cycle from prospecting through close and work directly with leadership to shape the go-to-market approach. You will help build the sales foundation and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Remote within the United States, you will manage end-to-end sales, research target accounts, run outbound campaigns, and lead conversations with HR and finance leaders to close enterprise deals.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years of professional sales experience or a recent graduate.
• Experience closing enterprise deals in HR tech.
• Ability to generate pipeline and close without SDR.
• Experience building sales processes in startups.
• Strong communication and problem-solving; autonomous in fast-moving env.
• Interest in HR, finance, or AI is helpful.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to close.
• Research target accounts, run outbound campaigns, build pipeline.
• Lead sales conversations with HR leaders, finance executives, and IT procurement teams.
• Partner with leadership to refine ICP, test messaging, and develop the sales playbook.
• Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
