Job summary

SICK AG is seeking an Account Executive - Retail Automation to drive growth for named accounts in the Storage & Conveyor sector. This is a remote-based field sales role with regular travel, including Cincinnati or other U.S. locations.

You will act as the trusted advisor, develop strategic account plans, and lead a team to deliver solutions, services, and systems that improve production quality and efficiency. Strong English, technical sales experience, and CRM proficiency are required.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with sales orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted technical advisor to customers and sell SICK, INC. solutions and Lifetime Services.
• Use CRM for data and transparency in customer and sales processes.
• Develop direct customer relationships with deep understanding of customers' needs and production language.
• Use consultative sales techniques to differentiate and improve production quality and efficiency.
• Provide an amazing customer experience and manage communications with named accounts.
• Identify and qualify opportunities; understand account potential and competition.
• Lead and coach an Account sales team to maximize our share of wallet.
• Develop strategic account plans and establish KPIs for the team.
