Artha is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth in digital advertising within the Recruitment sector. The role covers the full sales lifecycle, from client acquisition to campaign strategy and performance optimization, with a strong emphasis on data-driven results.

You will regularly meet clients, deliver needs-based solutions, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with Strategy, Marketing and Operations to ensure campaign success while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of digital advertising sales in the recruitment industry.
• Proven success in a competitive marketplace with consultative and solution-oriented selling.
• Experience selling digital media advertising is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Reliable transportation to regularly meet with clients.

• Travel to meet clients, conferences and team meetings as necessary.
