Job summary

The Aragon Company, via Vibrant Performance, is hiring an Account Executive to own new-business sales from prospecting through close. This full-cycle, quota-carrying role requires building your own pipeline and guiding deals from first contact to signed contract.

You’ll operate remotely from anywhere in the U.S., develop proposals, negotiate, and ensure smooth handoffs to delivery, while expanding client relationships across our affiliate and performance-marketing services.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of full-cycle sales with self-sourcing and quota attainment.
• Strong discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Self-source opportunities via email, LinkedIn, calls.
• Understand goals, challenges, and economics to tailor solutions.
• Construct tailored proposals and address objections.
• Negotiate and close to signed contracts with quota attainment.
• Maintain accurate deal stages and forecasting in HubSpot.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to the delivery team.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across services.
