Job summary

PadSplit, Inc. is hiring an Account Executive to expand our marketplace by engaging traditional property owners to become PadSplit Hosts. The role is remote-friendly and focused on showing homeowners how PadSplit increases income while offering affordable housing solutions in the Boston area.

Responsibilities include prospecting, outreach, discovery calls, solution tailoring, and closing deals, with onboarding coordination and KPI tracking. Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, especially in real estate or property management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote startup.
• Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and tailor hosting solutions.
• Familiarity with real estate investing and rental markets is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent presentation skills for virtual or in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads among property owners for PadSplit Hosts.
• Execute outreach via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
• Lead discovery calls to understand needs and barriers.
• Articulate PadSplit benefits and potential ROI.
• Build trust-based relationships and address concerns.
• Tailor hosting solutions to owners' circumstances.
• Close deals and guide onboarding with internal teams.
• Track outreach and conversion metrics in CRM.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Organize sessions to educate owners on PadSplit benefits.
