Job summary

PadSplit is seeking an Account Executive to expand our marketplace by engaging traditional property owners to become PadSplit Hosts. This role focuses on building relationships, presenting the PadSplit model, and guiding owners through onboarding to increase shared housing opportunities in the Chicago market.

You’ll operate in a remote environment with strong emphasis on outreach, alignment with onboarding teams, and tracking metrics in CRM systems to drive revenue growth and affordable housing

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales, especially real estate or property management.
• Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with property owners.
• Comfort with remote work and fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with real estate investing and rental markets.

Responsibilities
