Job summary

PadSplit is seeking an Account Executive to expand our Host network across Denver and beyond. You will outreach property owners, present the PadSplit model, and guide onboarding to deliver higher rental income and shared housing solutions.

The ideal candidate has sales or real estate experience, excels remotely, and thrives on relationship-building, KPI-driven outcomes, and impactful growth in the affordable housing space.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, especially in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with property owners and investors.
• Remote-work capable with a self-driven, results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads of property owners considering PadSplit Hosts.
• Execute outreach via cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Lead discovery calls and meetings to assess needs and barriers.
• Present PadSplit benefits, ROI, and operating simplicity.
• Build trust-based relationships and tailor hosting solutions.
• Collaborate with onboarding to ensure smooth Host setup.
• Track outreach and conversions in CRM and report metrics.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Organize educational sessions for property owners.
