Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, particularly in real estate or property management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust with property owners.
- Self-motivated and independent to thrive in a remote startup environment.
- Familiarity with real estate investing, rental markets, and property management is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads by identifying potential property owners for PadSplit Hosts.
- Conduct outreach via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Host discovery calls and meetings to understand owners' needs and barriers.
- Deliver value propositions showing PadSplit benefits like increased revenue and easier management.
- Build and nurture relationships as a trusted advisor.
