PadSplit is hiring an Account Executive to expand our marketplace by engaging property owners to become PadSplit Hosts in the Denver, CO market.

You will prospect, qualify, and engage owners, delivering tailored value on how PadSplit increases rental income, reduces vacancy, and supports affordable housing. The role emphasizes remote work, strong communication, and building lasting owner relationships.

Formación

• Proven success in B2B/B2C sales, esp. real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust with owners.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote startup.
• Experience with real estate investing, rental markets, or management is desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and qualify property-owner leads for PadSplit Hosts.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Host discovery calls and meetings to identify needs and barriers.
• Deliver compelling value propositions highlighting PadSplit benefits.
• Build and nurture relationships, serving as trusted advisor.
• Tailor hosting solutions including financial modeling and compliance.
• Close deals and onboard Hosts with onboarding teams.
• Track outreach and conversion metrics in CRM.
• Stay updated on market trends to refine outreach.
