Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive – MR for Central Texas to support our Voice (MSS) division. This remote role requires travel within Central Texas (Austin, Georgetown) to build customer relationships and close deals.

You will drive revenue, forecast trends, maintain a strong client base, and represent MCA with a service-first mindset. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/public safety experience is preferred, with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in sales or public safety OR 5+ years direct sales or public safety.
• Proven expertise in public safety, gained through service or sales.
• Knowledge of Two‑Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the organization to implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
• Forecast sales trends and develop innovative, result-driven sales strategies.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to ensure top performance.
• Build strong relationships with new clients and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Expand and manage a robust client database within your territory.
• Follow up on incoming leads with same-day responsiveness to maximize conversions.
• Stay informed on competitor products and position MCA solutions effectively.
