Job summary

Mobile Communications America (MCA) is seeking an Account Executive – MR for Central Texas. The role focuses on growing revenue in wireless communications, data, and security, while maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.

The position emphasizes results, teamwork, and a service-first approach. The candidate should have 3+ years in sales (or 5+ years in direct sales/public safety), with knowledge of public safety markets and radio communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years in sales or public safety preferred, or 5+ years in direct sales/public safety experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the organization to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Forecast sales trends and develop result-driven strategies.
• Meet/exceed sales targets and build new client relationships.
• Expand and manage client database within assigned territory.
• Follow up on leads with same-day responsiveness to maximize conversions.
• Stay informed on competitor products and position MCA solutions effectively.
