Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for the South Central Pennsylvania region to drive revenue growth for the Voice (MSS) division.

The role, remote within PA, requires collaboration across teams, a focus on meeting sales targets, and strong relationship management with new and existing clients. The candidate should bring 3+ years of sales or public safety experience (or 5+ years direct sales/public safety), plus knowledge of two-way radio or critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of direct sales/public safety experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to articulate product features and tailor solutions to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the organization to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Forecast sales trends and develop innovative sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and build strong client relationships.
• Expand and manage a robust client database in the assigned territory.
• Follow up on incoming leads with prompt responsiveness to maximize conversions.
• Stay informed on competitor products and position MCA solutions effectively.
• Travel within the territory to meet clients and build relationships.
