Xplor Technologies is actively seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and a flexible schedule, designed for self-directed individuals who want control over their time and earnings.

You will educate merchants on saving money, demonstrate how to streamline transactions, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
