Job summary

Vitu seeks an Account Executive for the National Title Exchange who can build and manage relationships with dealership clients from a remote location across the United States. You will train dealers, review DMV processes, and ensure compliance with EVR and RIA requirements while supporting customers via phone, chat, and email.

Ideal candidates will have DMV knowledge, account management experience, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience with Reports of Sale and related DMV documents for new and used vehicles.
• Account management in a B2B environment is preferred.
• Experience with DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation.
• EVR program knowledge (E-filing).
• Knowledge of DMV regulations related to registration processing.

Responsibilities

• Train dealership personnel on the use of Vitu.
• Meet with dealership management to review DMV paperwork processes.
• Monitor dealer error rates, active user lists, and licenses to ensure DMV compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with key dealership personnel.
• Provide Vitu support via phone, chat and email as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and be proactive to customer needs.
• Advocate improvements to the program on behalf of clients and address issues.
• Ensure compliance with DMV EVR & RIA procedures and regulations through audits.
• Assist clients with complex DMV issues and answer questions.
• Navigate a dealer's DMS to verify DMV fee calculations.
• Conduct DMV fee training in-person and via webinar.
