Job summary

Openlane is seeking an Independent Account Executive to manage a dealer book remotely in the United States. You will drive growth, facilitate customer success, and ensure adoption of our digital marketplace and analytics tools.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, ownership in a remote setting, and collaboration with internal teams to exceed sales targets and deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related sales and/or account management experience.
• Strong understanding of online technologies and Google Suite proficiency.
• Proven problem-solver with ownership of issues from start to finish.
• Excellent oral and written communication with customer service focus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for dealerships in your book of business and drive growth.
• Maintain cross‑department communication to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Document research and customer interactions in our CRM for reliability.
• Track activity and performance against goals using CRM to meet KPIs.
• Coach customers on best practices, enabling marketplace success.
