Job summary

Vitu, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for the National Title Exchange to build and maintain relationships with dealership clients in a remote capacity.

You will virtually train dealership staff on Vitu's platform, review DMV processes, ensure compliance, and provide proactive support through phone, chat, and email. Ideal candidates have DMV Title/Registration experience and strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Title and Registration and DMV documents for new and used vehicles.
• Account management in a B2B environment is preferred.
• Experience with DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation.
• EVR program knowledge (E-filing).
• Knowledge of DMV regulations pertaining to registration processing.
• Experience with Chrome and Firefox configuration and settings.
• Able to use MS Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
• Strong communication with high-level executives; independent work.

Responsibilities

• Virtually train dealership personnel on using Vitu's platform.
• Meet with dealership management to review DMV processes and procedures.
• Monitor dealer error rates, active user lists, and licenses for compliance.
• Maintain strong business relationships with key dealership personnel.
• Provide Vitu support via phone, chat, and email as needed.
• Deliver proactive customer service and respond to client needs.
• Advise clients on improvements and address issues and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with DMV EVR & RIA procedures and regulations.
• Handle DMV questions from clients and guide complex issues.
• Navigate dealership systems to verify DMV fee calculations.
• Conduct DMV trainings via webinar.
