Job summary

Vitu, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive (Remote from Maryland) to manage and grow client relationships within the V2Gov space. You will train dealership and TSA personnel, review MVA processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering outstanding service.

You will navigate dealer DMS systems to verify DMV fee calculations, monitor error rates, and advocate for clients. A B2B account management background, EVR knowledge, and familiarity with MVA regulations are preferred, with a

Qualifications

• Experience with Reports of Sale and other related MVA documents.
• Account management in a business-to-business environment preferred.
• EVR program knowledge (E-filing).
• Knowledge of MVA regulations pertaining to registration processing.
• Experience with Chrome and Firefox configuration and settings.
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
• Able to effectively communicate with high-level executives.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Virtually train dealership and TSA personnel on Vitu usage.
• Meet virtually with dealership and TSA management to review MVA processes.
• Monitor error rates, active user list, and approvals to ensure MVA compliance.
• Maintain strong business relationships with dealership and TSA personnel.
• Provide Vitu support via phone, chat, and email.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive support.
• Client Advocate - Suggest improvements to the program on behalf of the client.
• Compliance - Ensure dealership and TSA follow MVA EVR procedures.
• MVA Support - Assist clients with complex DMV issues.
• Navigate a dealer's DMS to verify DMV fee calculations.
