Job summary
Vitu, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to operate remotely within Kentucky. You will train dealership personnel, review DMV processes, monitor compliance, and maintain strong client relationships across Boyd, Rowan, and Montgomery Counties.
The role includes bonus eligibility and vehicle consideration. Ideal candidates will have DMV document experience, EVR knowledge, and strong communication skills to drive software utilization and revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience with Reports of Sale and DMV documents.
- Experience in DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation.
- Knowledge of EVR program (e-filing) and DMV regulations.
- Experience configuring Chrome and Firefox.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
Responsibilities
- Train dealership personnel on the use of Vitu.
- Meet with dealership management to review DMV processes.
- Monitor dealer error rates and licenses for DMV compliance.
- Maintain relationships with key dealership personnel.
- Provide Vitu support via phone, chat, and email.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and be proactive.
- Act as client advocate and suggest program improvements.
- Conduct DMV compliance audits and verify DMV fees.
- Assist clients with complex DMV issues.
- Identify upsell opportunities and communicate to Sales.
