Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our COREBRIDGE DIRECT team, delivering tailored term and permanent life insurance information over the phone without cold calling.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of sales experience, strong communication, and willingness to obtain a Life and Health license. Local licensing and full company-paid training support your success in a remote US role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound calls, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license (company-paid training).

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with life insurance information and quotes over the phone.
• Conduct suitability analyses to match customers with right products across the US.
• Aim to achieve monthly production goals and maintain compliance with policies.
• Develop product knowledge to succeed in a fast-paced, supervised environment.
