Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking licensed sales professionals for our COREBRIDGE DIRECT team. Our agents provide customers with valuable, in-depth, and personalized term and permanent life insurance information, handling everything over the phone with no cold calls.

You will conduct suitability analyses, build rapport with clients nationwide, and aim for strong monthly production while complying with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license & reside in state (company-paid training)

Responsibilities

• Conduct suitability analyses to match customers with right life insurance products nationwide.
• Establish rapport with clients and address objections to achieve sales goals.
• Operate with compliance to company policies and industry regulations.
• Meet monthly production goals while articulating our value proposition and featuring product knowledge.
