Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking to expand its COREBRIDGE DIRECT team with a sales professional who guides customers through term and permanent life insurance options over the phone. No cold calling; quotes are requested by customers online or by direct contact.

You will conduct suitability analyses for US customers, aiming to achieve monthly production targets while building product knowledge in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license & reside in state (company-paid training).

Responsibilities

• Conduct suitability analyses to match customers with the right life insurance products.
• Handle customer calls and provide quotes online without cold-calling.
• Build rapport with clients and guide them through enrollment and product selection.
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations while meeting monthly production goals.
