Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a results-driven sales professional to help customers select term and permanent life insurance over the phone, with no cold calling. The role offers company-paid licensing and comprehensive training to help you succeed.

In this position you will conduct suitability analyses for customers nationwide, pursue monthly production goals, and communicate our value proposition in a consultative manner while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license (company-paid training)

Responsibilities

• Conduct suitability analyses to match customers across the United States with the right life insurance products.
• Establish rapport with clients, address objections, and meet monthly production goals while complying with company policies and regulations.
