Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a results-driven life insurance sales agent to guide customers through term and permanent life products, primarily over the phone, with no cold calling.

In this remote role, you’ll conduct suitability analyses, work with inbound/outbound calls, and pursue aggressive monthly production goals while receiving company-paid licensing and comprehensive product training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license & reside in state (company-paid training).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients and address objections.
• Conduct suitability analyses to match customers with the right life insurance products.
• Work toward monthly production goals with minimal supervision.
• Address customer questions and provide concise product information.
