Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of direct B2B sales experience, a hunter mentality, and strong communication and negotiation skills to close enterprise opportunities. Remote-friendly within the United States.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of direct B2B sales experience, ideally with exposure to HR or L&D.
• Strong drive to open new doors and win net-new business (hunter mentality).
• Interest in or early experience selling to HR, L&D, and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation across HR, L&D, and decision-makers.
• Consultative selling to understand client challenges and position tailored solutions.
• Pipeline development to meet revenue targets.
• Client engagement with presentations, proposals, and demos with senior AEs.
• Maintain CRM records of outreach, opportunities, and closed business.
