Job summary

Capitol Services, LLC in the United States is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to promote our services and build long-term relationships with clients in the Mid-Atlantic market. This is a 100% remote, full-time field sales position requiring residency in Charlotte, North Carolina.

You will grow sales by engaging with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of sales experience in relevant industry.
• CRM systems experience, especially Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe PDFs.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through communication with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand, anticipate, and meet client needs.
• Schedule meetings and develop follow-up plans.
• Identify and resolve client concerns to drive retention and growth.
• Expand market awareness of the company’s services.
• Maintain records of client communications and contact information.
• Respond to requests for proposals and information.
• Attend and participate in trade shows and events.
• Share client information with management as appropriate.
• Research market data and monitor competitor pricing.
