Job summary

Capitol Services is seeking an Account Executive for a 100% remote, full-time field sales role in the Mid-Atlantic market. You will promote services, establish and nurture long-term client relationships, and grow revenue with both new and existing clients. Residency in Charlotte, North Carolina is required.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of sales experience, CRM familiarity (Salesforce), and strong communication and organizational skills. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 4+ years of sales experience in relevant field.
• CRM systems such as Salesforce experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDFs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sale of services and build long-term client relationships.
• Grow sales by engaging existing and prospective clients in the Mid-Atlantic market.
• Schedule meetings and develop follow-up action plans.
• Identify and resolve client concerns to ensure retention and growth.
• Maintain client records and respond to proposals and RFPs.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
